According to Article 6 of the Law 'On Personal Data and Their Protection' of the Republic of Kazakhstan, personal data which is freely accessible with the consent of the subject or which is not subject to confidentiality requirements according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considered publicly available. Public sources of personal data are used for the purpose of providing information to the population.
